Default License after new Motherboard Installation

Last week, my CPU stopped and I send it to repair (on warranty).
They changed my Motherboard.
Today, I am trying to charge instruments but they are not working.
The message is:
Play could not verify the license for "EW Hollywood Strings Gold"
Confirm that your iLok is plugged in.
If this does not help, or if you are using a machine-based license, see the error message (documentation) for assistance.

What can I do?

Please send an e-mail to licensing@eastwestsounds.com, give them your iLok User ID, and ask them to reset your licenses because they are activated to a computer you no longer have access to.

Once they have, you can reactivate your license to your computer or iLok Key using the iLok License Manager - https://www.ilok.com/#!license-manager - and you should be good to go!
