Default 32 mono outputs / 16 stereo outputs in PLAY

I'm hoping this gets implemented into PLAY Pro or PLAY itself in the future.

There should be a maximum of a full 32 mono / 16 stereo outputs within PLAY.

As an example, we are using master patches for instruments, resulting in a midi channel per instrument. We'd then want a separate stereo output per instrument.

Example:
Instrument 01 = MIDI Ch. 01 = Output 01 + 02
Instrument 02 = MIDI Ch. 02 = Output 03 + 04
Instrument 03 = MIDI Ch. 03 = Output 05 + 06
Instrument 04 = MIDI Ch. 04 = Output 07 + 08
Instrument 05 = MIDI Ch. 05 = Output 09 + 10
Instrument 06 = MIDI Ch. 06 = Output 11 + 12
Instrument 07 = MIDI Ch. 07 = Output 13 + 14
Instrument 08 = MIDI Ch. 08 = Output 15 + 16
Instrument 09 = MIDI Ch. 09 = Output 17 + 18
Instrument 10 = MIDI Ch. 10 = Output 19 + 20
Instrument 11 = MIDI Ch. 11 = Output 21 + 22
Instrument 12 = MIDI Ch. 12 = Output 23 + 24
Instrument 13 = MIDI Ch. 13 = Output 25 + 26
Instrument 14 = MIDI Ch. 14 = Output 27 + 28
Instrument 15 = MIDI Ch. 15 = Output 29 + 30
Instrument 16 = MIDI Ch. 16 = Output 31 + 32

At the moment, PLAY has 18 mono / 9 stereo outputs, so MIDI channels get wasted and we then have to open another instance of PLAY in order to continue our setup.

This would cut down on the amount of instances used, and with VST 3 and the upcoming Audio Units 3.0 implementation, templates would be able to become more efficient due to the lesser amount of PLAY instances used. Resulting in less CPU Usage and the full extent of 16 MIDI channels being fully utilised.

Cheers.

Default mono

When you say 18 mono, 9 stereo - as far as I can see you only can have the pairs...

1and2
3and4
5and6 etc.

OK, so you can pick L or R in your DAW (e.g. 1L 2R etc), but I cannot seem to find a way of setting a channel of the mixer to 1, 2, 3, 4 etc, seems to only do it is pairs? The advantage for me would be for use in Pro Drummer (e.g. on the kick).
