Default Platinum products...confusion

Hello, and I apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

It is my understanding that's there's a silver, gold and platinum Verizon of many of your products.
The sil er and gold bundle for the pianos are easy enough to locate. But try as I might I can't locate ANYTHING platinum.
If I type platinum in the product search bar it takes me to a page that still shows the gold editions. The one link that shows platinum takes me to a page about the HD drive that can be purchased. Lower on that same page are links that shows orchestra and piano PLATINUM. There are 3 links, I just forgot what the third one is.but anyway, those three links are screwed up. If you click on the piano link it goes to something completely different. All 3 links are messed up.
So can you fix that?
And how does one know the difference if they're buying the gold or platinum. There's a mention on Facebook that the platinum piano is on sale for around 220. But the link that's included says nothing that it's actually platinum.
Anyway, perhaps some light can be shed on this issue
Thanks

Hello,

Silver - Usually a truncated version of the Gold library. 16-bit samples, one mic position, but has fewer instruments/articulations

Gold - 16-bit, 44.1kHz samples, featuring the Main microphone position.

Gold X - 16-bit, 44.1 khz samples, featuring the Main and Close Microphone Mixes, Hollywood Choirs uses the Surround Mic. Only available via the ComposerCloud X (EDU).

Platinum - 24-bit, 44.1kHz samples, featuring five microphone positions - 3 for Platinum (Close, Stage, Surround).

The Platinum is available as a download, as is specified in the third drop-down menu.
The size is actually 282GB, I've already notified our webmaster about that.

You would use our Installation Center to activate the license, download the Play engine
and the libraries. http://www.soundsonline.com/Support?...ates&article=3

Thank you for that info.
Is the orchestra the same? 16 bit vs 24 bit? And where is that link located on your website?

Correct. The info is the same for the Symphonic Orchestra and the Choirs.
Those two in addition to the Pianos are part of the Symphonic series.

For the Hollywood series, we don't have a Platinum tier, but rather Diamond.
Diamond - 24-bit, 44.1kHz samples, featuring five microphone positions: Main,
Close, Stage, Mid, and Surround. Also Hollywood Strings Diamond has Divisi
Instruments (which are where you record every other player that shares a
stand - A players or B players in the strings sections) and also has real
recorded Bow Change Legatos as an extra recorded articulation.
