Hi,
I've used Ministry of Rock 1 and 2 and while I like them I had an idea for a great sample library that composers could get a lot out of: A 7-string guitar sample library recorded by the virtuoso guitarist Rusty Cooley. He has some of the best chops in the guitar world, he's a shredder but also very expressive and I think his sound would be great to compose with. This would include things like playable runs, fast arpeggios and fast scales on top of a bunch of different techniques to make a fully playable shred guitar instrument. Unfortunately the guitar instruments in Ministry Of Rock 2 are lacking in this particular area(though they're great instruments). I emailed Rusty Cooley about the idea and he's open to it. So East West, does this sound like a good idea?
