Default Hollywood Strings Gold - Velocity is not available?

I just noticed that none of the patches in my Hollywood Strings Gold have any velocity sensitivity available. The sensitivity square in the GUI is there, but it has no velocity curve, or selectable sections. Just a blank square.

I have Symphony Orchestra Platinum Strings, which has sensitivity. And Hollywood Gold Woodwinds has sensitivity. But Hollywood Strings Gold seems to have no sensitivity at all.

Do I have to re-install this behemoth? or is there an easier fix? Or do I live in an insane world where Velocity was not included with the purchase.

For the record, I have also tested this out using the Play application stand alone, and it also does not have velocity options. Something is definitely up. Anyone ever had this?

Most of the sustain and legato articulations, respond to cc1 and cc11 for dynamic level or vibrato changes. Only marcato staccato or other short samples respond to velocity.

Please search for "velocity" in the manual of the Hollywood Strings Gold:
