Default Hollywood Gold Mic position

After a long absence from this community I just purchased Hollywood Orch due to the ridiculous low price.
Been using Symphonic Orchestra since 2005 and now it's like I woke up after being in suspended animation.

I've looked at a lot of the documentation and videos and have very good idea of some the differences.

My questions is:
Since Gold edition does not include main mics but only mid mics, how are people going about mixing with reverb?

With symphonic orch I found the main mics reverb did the job pretty much in most situations but now I have something new to think about. I do own Spaces but just wondering how many instances of verb do people use in a typical setup?
