Default Linux support

I recently migrated to Linux, I'd really enjoy the ability to run Eastwest plugins, now because of Ilok even Wine can't run them.

I'd hate to have to run a separate computer just to host the Play VST to get access to my Composer Cloud.

Our licensing system - iLok - is not Linux compatible atm.
