Default Problem with PLAY 6 - streaming settings (no disk)

Settings -> Streaming -> Sample Cache parameters, Under Disk Volume Cache Level - it is blank [screenshot]
Is there any particular reason as to why this happen?

Iíve had the same issue since I installed Play 6 on my system the better part of a year ago. I opened a support ticket but havenít heard back, other than a quick reply a few months ago telling me they were still looking into it.

Likely it's that it's running through the Dock Station and that isn't registering. You could try going to your Mac HD's /Library/Application Support/East West/ProductChunks/ and deleting the EW Volumes.ewv and reopening Play, but if it still doesn't show up then there's a deficiency in reading/qualifying volumes through the dock
