Default Hollywood Diamond drive from EW is NTFS

The drive I got from EW containing Hollywood Diamond (and Gold) versions of Brass, Strings and Woodwinds, is NTFS formatted.
This means my Mac can read (and copy) the files on that drive but not write to the drive, even though there’s 300 GB of free space left, which I would like to use for backup of a few other Hollywood Diamond libraries, like Percussion.
Now if I use my Mac to download Hollywood Diamond Percussion onto a FAT32 drive (the one that came with Pianos Platinum), can I then simply plug the FAT32 drive into a Windows laptop and copy the files to the aforementioned NTFS-drive for backup?
