Default Where do drives ship from

Excited to be adding EW libraries to my collection. Realistically Gold will be fine for me, but Diamond is tempting of course so weighing up the implications of that.

Please could you say where drives ship from, are there import duties to the UK, and do you put the value of the hardware (around $50 I imagine if that), or the cost of the hardware plus samples? I'm assuming that if the hardware was damaged or didn't arrive etc. that the rights to a license for the samples wouldn't be lost with it, therefore the value of the for any customs declaration should be just the hardware, but would appreciate clarification on that.

Cheers!

Wohoo.

Silver - Usually a truncated version of the Gold library. 16-bit samples,
one mic position, but has fewer instruments/articulations

Gold - 16-bit, 44.1kHz samples, featuring the Main microphone position.

Gold X - 16-bit, 44.1 khz samples, featuring the Main and Close Microphone
Mixes, Hollywood Choirs uses the Surround Mic. Only available via the
ComposerCloud X (EDU).

Platinum / Diamond - 24-bit, 44.1kHz samples, featuring five microphone
positions - 3 for Platinum (Close, Stage, Surround) and 5 for Diamond: Main,
Close, Stage, Mid, and Surround. Also Hollywood Strings Diamond has Divisi
Instruments (which are where you record every other player that shares a
stand - A players or B players in the strings sections) and also has real
recorded Bow Change Legatos as an extra recorded articulation.

There are indeed import duties, and the value of the harddrive
if it's included in the purchase (and not the separate drive
product) will be $60.

The license is automatically deposited to your iLok account ID
upon purchase. The drive is simply for the delivery of the sample
libraries.
You'll get an e-mail with a tracking number from FedEX once it's
been scanned at their facility. If you don't get it on time as specified
or you don't get an e-mail within a week, check back with us.

If the drive is damaged in any way or doesn't work, contact us!

Cheers.
