Default How do you download installation center when you have switched computers?

I recently just switched from my old Toshiba laptop to a 15'' MacBook Pro and am now trying to access my EastWest Hollywood Strings Gold sound library. I don't have the email I received a few years back to download the installation center. Can anyone help, please?

Also, if it matters here are my MacBook specs:

core i7, 32gb of ram, 1TB

TL;DR: You can get the latest version of the Installation Center here:
http://www.soundsonline.com/Support?...ates&article=3

To use the EastWest libraries on any given computer, you will need the following:
- The license
- The Play engine
- The Installation Center
- The libraries

The license
You can move your license between computers using the iLok License Manager
on each device. You would need to sign-in on the computer that the license is currently
activated to in order to de-activate it. This will revert the license back to being
available in your iLok Account. Then, sign-in to the License Manager on the
other computer and activate it.

1. Please download and install the latest iLok License Manager to your first
computer - https://www.ilok.com/#!license-manager. Note that the
program iLok License Manager is not the same as the iLok.com website. The
program is required!
2. Login to that application using your iLok account ID – not your soundsonline.com
account information. If you forgot your password, you can reset it here:
https://www.ilok.com/#!recover
3. Locate your license under the “All Licenses” tab, which you can find at the
top of the window. Then proceed to right- / control- click on it and choose the
option “Deactivate”. Allow the blue progress bar to finish. Your license is now
deactivated.
4. Repeat steps 1-2 for your second computer.
5. Locate your license under the “All Licenses” tab, which you can find at the
top of the window. Right- / control-click on It and this time select the option
“Activate”. You are now required to choose the activation location. This can
either be a physical iLok key (iLok 2 / iLok 3) or the computer itself for a
“Machine License”. Confirm and wait for the blue progress bar to load.

NOTE: Alternately, you could purchase a physical iLok Key and activate the
license to that device, so you just need to move the USB key to whichever
computer you wish to use. You can get an iLok key here:
http://ilok.com/#!buy. Or at a third party retailer, such as Amazon.

The Play engine
You can download the PLAY version (v4.3.5, v5.0.6 or v6.0.9) you wish to install from here:

Play v4.3.5 WIN: http://software.soundsonline.com/Pro..._4.3.5_Win.zip
Play v4.3.5 MAC: http://software.soundsonline.com/Pro..._4.3.5_Mac.zip

NOTE: Play 4 is the last version, which includes a 32-bit installer. There are
some libraries (in the subscription) that absolutely will not work in Play 4.3.5
- Hollywood Choirs, Voices of the Empire, Voices of Soul, Symphonic Choirs’
Voices of the Apocalypse Gold Expansion, the separate Pianos Gold (ONLY if
this is a new download, though there’s a way around that one), Spaces II,
and any new library we come out with.

Play v5.0.6 WIN: http://software.soundsonline.com/Pro..._5.0.6_Win.zip
Play v5.0.6 MAC: http://software.soundsonline.com/Pro..._5.0.6_Mac.zip

NOTE: Play 5 is the last free version of the Play engine.

Play v6.0.9 WIN: http://software.soundsonline.com/Pro..._6.0.9_Win.zip
Play v6.0.9 MAC: http://software.soundsonline.com/Pro..._6.0.9_Mac.zip
Play 6 is included in the ComposerCloud, the ComposerCloud X and the
ComposerCloud Plus and also comes with the Hollywood Choirs, Voices of
the Empire and Voices of Soul libraries. You can otherwise get the upgrade
here: http://www.soundsonline.com/play6.

The Installation Center
You can download the latest version of the Installation Center from here:
WIN: http://software.soundsonline.com/Pro..._1.3.3_Win.zip
MAC: http://software.soundsonline.com/Pro..._1.3.3_Mac.zip

Login with your soundsonline.com account credentials.

For new downloads via the Installation Center, you can open the Main Menu
(top-right) > Library Directories and add / remove download file paths.
Checking the "Default" box will, obviously, set that destination as the default.

Please create a "Play Libraries" (the exact name is irrelevant) folder at the
root of the drive. Depending on the exact OS version as well as specific
system settings, there might be an issue, if the libraries are installed at the
root of the drive. Therefore one folder layer in between! Please use this folder
for the new downloads and as the location to which you'll be copying the
other libraries. Thank you!

NOTE: Umlauts (, , ), diacritics (◌́, ◌̀, ◌̃, ◌̇, ◌̊, ◌̄ etc.) and any non-roman
characters can result in the file path not being properly read. This can result
in an error after the installation, when the library is in use. Please remove
these umlauts and diacritics from your file path!

Next, click on the down-arrow button next to each library. It should be in the
"New Downloads" section. If not, hover over it with your mouse, click on the
gear-icon and select "Download and Reinstall". This will initiate the download
procedure. The Installation Center will cycle through 100% twice. Once for
the initial download of the files, and a second time for the unpacking and
installation of the library.

The libraries
You can easily move a library from one location to another by copying /
pasting them like any regular folder. If you are unsure, if all the files were
successfully moved, please compare to the following spreadsheet – the sizes
of the individual libraries are approximations; different file systems (FAT32,
exFAT, NTFS or Mac OS (Journaled) will result in different utilization of the
available hardware and therefore GB used.

http://www.soundsonline-forums.com/s...Comparison.pdf

After the transfer is complete, you'll only need to locate the library path directory:
The easiest way to do so is through the EW Installation Center, which you
had downloaded and installed above.
- Open the Installation Center and login with your soundsonline.com
account credentials.
- Hover over the library you want to add, and a gear should show up on
the right-hand side.
- Click on the gear-icon and then choose “Locate Directory” or “Locate
Directory and Reinstall”. The latter will result in a small download of a few
MB, which will install the latest instrument files.
- Find / select the “Instruments” folder inside the Main Library Folder,
then click “open”.

That library should then move itself into either your “Updates” section, which
you should then run, or into ’Installed Libraries’ which means it should be
ready to use in Play.

OR set them via the Play engine itself:
- Open PLAY in standalone mode (not in your DAW) from your
Applications folder.
- Find the Favorites window in the lower left hand corner of PLAY. If you
don't see the Favorites window, click Browser at the top of the interface.
- If you see the library title listed in the window already, control+click on
it and choose "Set Product Library Directory". If you don't see it listed, right
click anywhere in the window and choose "Add Product Library" and choose
the product you’re trying to add from the menu that pops up.
- Navigate to where you have your libraries stored on your hard drive.
Inside of each library’s folder, you should see two subfolders: an Instruments
folder, and a Samples folder. Highlight and choose the Instruments folder.
